It is now more crucial than ever for organizations to prioritize
“belonging”. For organizations, belonging leads to deeper
engagement, adaptability, and building a more resilient
organization that is better positioned to achieve its mission.
Participants will gain:
▪ greater understanding of social identity and how it impacts
belonging.
▪ processes and tools necessary to measure and build
belonging within their organization.
▪ greater understanding of levels within systems to overcome
resistance to change.
