Highlights of Taking Care of You

Explore ways to take better care of yourself and manage stress in weekly  30-minute Zoom sessions! This 8-week program starts Tuesday, June 2, 2020.  It’s offered at two different times: 11:00-11:30 AM or 4:00-4:30 PM!

Hightlights of Taking Care of You based on a research-based program that offers practical strategies and experiences to help individuals deal with the stress in their lives. This course will help participants manage life’s challenges in healthy ways and allow them to take better care of themselves and their overall health.
